Initial Consultation An initial consultation is an informal session enabling the client and therapist to meet and discuss in full the nature of the problem. There is absolutely no obligation to take the therapy forward if the client does not feel the therapy is right for them. It is important to note no hypnosis will take place during this initial consultation. Hypnotherapy commences at the next session. Normally not necessary for smoking cessation.
