Please be assured that all phone calls, emails and correspondence are dealt with in strict confidence.  Client confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times.

It is possible on occasion when you call that you are diverted to an answerphone and requested to leave a message.  Please be assured any messages left will be dealt with in confidence by Nicole personally and returned as soon as possible.  If you find you are requested to leave a message, leave your name, telephone number and a suitable time for Nicole to call you back.

When you arrive at the clinic please advise reception you have an appointment with Nicole, take a seat, relax and Nicole will come to collect you for the session.
